Note:
1) The registration form of basic information as shown in appendix 1 should be submitted to fzcylt2013@126.com no later than May 10th, 2013.
2) The Paper should be written both in Chinese and English around 3000~6000 words long. Format should be strictly followed according to the template in appendix 2.
3) The papers will be subjected to peer review and published if qualified. At the closing of the Forum, Evaluation Committee will give special awards to the most outstanding papers.
4) Please submit your paper(s) as e-mail attachments with the topic of paper title + university + author name to fzcylt2013@126.com.
5) The deadline for paper(s) submission is June10th, 2013.
6) Accommodation of attendees from other places is arranged by the organizers for free.
